Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after your shipping confirmation.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived by then, email us at zazolaofficial@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated and displayed at checkout for full transparency.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

In the Rare Event of Damage

  • If your order arrives damaged, email zazolaofficial@gmail.com immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We handle each case individually to ensure a fair solution.
